We accept returns on standard, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved or personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Why is there a protective paper film on my acrylic tokens?
We leave the protective masking on our acrylic products to prevent scratching during the laser-cutting process and transit. Simply peel it off to reveal the high-gloss finish underneath.
